My loyal subjects,
quick warning... I'm gonna bawl about Adam Lambert. Lots, probably.
First things first... blimey it's been a while! I haven't been around much lately for one thing and another. On return I noticed I have some more watchers and several favourites, so if you're reading this: thank you very much!

Obviously due to time restrictions my submissions have been few and far between lately but I've reached the point where I'm craving that feeling of fulfilment after completing a drawing. As soon as I get the time I shall be drawing again.

As some of you know (and the rest of you can easily tell), my Adam Lambert obsession isn't wavering; if anything it's escalating. Adam is just coming to the end of his first UK promo tour now in which he's been visiting radio stations up and down the country. On Wednesday an incredible opportunity presented itself: the chance to meet... MEET... Adam in person as he was doing an interview at a regional radio station, Hallam FM in Sheffield. So I signed up on The Lambrits and got chatting, made arrangements to meet people there. I went along, and... well... I can't even describe it. He's so genuinely friendly, polite & patient, he has time for everyone even when he's visibly a little tired, and of course he's very very handsome.

While it was easily the best experience of my life no question, on reflection I botched it up massively. Firstly I didn't look him in the eye the whole time 'cos of the fear, second I wanted to say something clever but ended up with "I can't believe you're actually here!" to which he replied, "I know! It's weird right?", and third I forgot to thank him for his time which I truly feel awful for.

He's so kind though, he signed my album inlay and my iPod which is now back in it's box taped up and on display in my room. I never, EVER, want to lose that.
Pics I took here:

Okay, I have to go watch this video. Thanks for reading!
